Lamphere Schools has three on-site, full-time Oakland Schools employees who handle the day to day technology tickets and operations like in previous years. Our technology director and network administrator will be in district multiple days per week. Additional network and service desk support hosted out of Oakland Schools ISD in Waterford is available as well to support our in district staff.

The first step in accessing our customer portal and live chat is creating your account in our ticketing system.
